This page explains what information E3 ("we", "us") collects through e3lab.ca, why we collect it, and how it is handled.

What we collect

When you submit the "Free AI check" form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, business type, and any message you write. We do not collect payment information on this site.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your inquiry and prepare the free AI visibility check you requested.
• To follow up about E3's services, where relevant to your inquiry.

By submitting the form, you give us implied consent under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) to reply to your inquiry and to follow up about related services. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us and asking us to stop.

How it's stored

Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and may also arrive by email. We keep inquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and, if we start working together, for the duration of that relationship plus a reasonable retention period for our own records.

Who it's shared with

We do not sell or rent your information. It is not shared with third parties except service providers that help us run this site and respond to inquiries (for example, our hosting and form provider, Netlify, and our analytics provider, Google), and except where required by law.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email jkim@e3lab.ca.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site, for example which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked, how the visibility estimator is used, and whether the contact form is submitted. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects technical information such as your approximate location (city level), device, browser, and the site that referred you.

We do not send your name, email address, business name, or message to Google Analytics. Form submissions go only to our form provider, Netlify, as described above. We use analytics data only to improve this site and our services, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google processes this data on our behalf and may store it outside Canada. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. To opt out of Google Analytics on every site, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or block cookies in your browser settings.
